  •     李晓明,中国科学院空天信息创新研究院,研究员(二级)。海南空天信息研究院执行副院长(主持工作),海南省航天技术创新中心副主任。

        研究方向为海洋遥感,重点开展合成孔径雷达海洋动力与海冰遥感、海洋遥感大数据与人工智能等方面研究。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,中国科学院“百人计划”(A类)入选者。担任国际数字地球学会中委会数字海洋专委会秘书长,全球首颗可持续发展科学卫星SDGSAT-1科学应用系统副总师,AIRSAT05星首席科学家。

    作为项目负责人主持了国家重点研发计划“十三五”海洋环境安全保障、“十四五”深海与极地关键技术和装备重点专项项目、国家自然科学基金、高分专项、海南省重点研发/创新研究团队在内的十余项国家和省部级科研项目。在遥感、海洋和地学国内外高水平期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,授权国家发明和实用新型专利7项,出版专著5部。获得了2021年度海洋科学技术奖一等奖(排名1)。
